We are offering an opportunity for an HR Coordinator in Arlington, Texas. In this role, you will be working in the HR industry, focusing on tasks such as onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Handle I-9 compliance duties, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is correctly filled out and filed.
• Manage the termination process, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly and necessary documentation is completed.
• Write up necessary documentation for various HR procedures and processes.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of state reporting, ACA reporting, EEOC surveys, and census surveys, assisting with these tasks as needed.
• Maintain good communication within the team and across different departments, ensuring all HR updates and changes are clearly communicated.
• Handle general office tasks, such as filing and organization.
• Manage employee relations, acting as a point of contact for any HR related inquiries or concerns.
• Oversee benefit functions, ensuring employees are correctly enrolled and have a clear understanding of their benefits.• Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions including administration, coordination, and management.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively deal with different stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Compliance procedures and regulations in human resources.
• Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Proven track record in Onboarding, including orientation, training, and integration of new employees.
• Understanding of I-9 Compliance and the ability to manage the process.
• Experience in managing employee Terminations, including exit interviews and offboarding processes.
