We are currently searching for a HR Coordinator to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA. As our HR coordinator, you will support the HR team with facilitating all key HR functions. This is a full time in-person position.
 
What Will I Do?

• Respond to all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Prepare, maintain and update employee-related files.
• File documents into appropriate employee files.
• Make sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential.
• Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information.
• Assist Payroll with benefits, and payroll administration.
• Assist Recruiter with recruitment, events and initial screening of candidates.
• Assist Safety Specialist with workers compensation.
• Schedule meetings, events, interviews, etc. as needed.
• Support any other special projects the HR team needs assistance with.
• Other duties are assigned as needed by the needs of the Company.

What Do I Need?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1+ years of relevant experience in HR work
• Experience using HR software and HRIS databases
• Attention to detail
• Tech-savvy
• Great organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple calendars
• Problem-solving aptitude

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
