We are currently searching for a HR Coordinator to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA. As our HR coordinator, you will support the HR team with facilitating all key HR functions. This is a full time in-person position.
What Will I Do?
- Respond to all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Prepare, maintain and update employee-related files.
- File documents into appropriate employee files.
- Make sure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential.
- Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information.
- Assist Payroll with benefits, and payroll administration.
- Assist Recruiter with recruitment, events and initial screening of candidates.
- Assist Safety Specialist with workers compensation.
- Schedule meetings, events, interviews, etc. as needed.
- Support any other special projects the HR team needs assistance with.
- Other duties are assigned as needed by the needs of the Company.
What Do I Need?
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years of relevant experience in HR work
- Experience using HR software and HRIS databases
- Attention to detail
- Tech-savvy
- Great organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple calendars
- Problem-solving aptitude

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
