Employer Dashboard

The Employer Dashboard provides the necessary tools to manage posted jobs, view applications, site analytics, and manage profile settings in the dashboard.

Company Users (Subaccounts)

Employers can invite their teammates to view and post jobs for the same company. Searching candidates by profiles & resumes Our smart keyword search system carefully scans each candidate’s profile and each listing for the right keywords, enabling your employers to always find the best candidates.

Applicant Tracking

Our “kanban” style board simplifies the categorization of applications by hiring status. This tool surfaces candidate information, contact applicants, and insert notes for each application.

Resume Alerts

Employers can subscribe to resume alerts and receive daily, weekly or monthly emails with new job seeker profiles matching their search criteria.

How do I post a job?
Creating a job listing is quick and easy! Click the "Post a Job" button, fill in your details (job title, description, location, etc.), and choose your pricing plan. Once submitted, your job will be reviewed and published within 24 hours.

What makes the 6AM City Job Board unique?
Our job board connects you directly with highly engaged, local audiences who are curious, community-driven, and fit-focused roles. Each market is tailored to its city, maximizing visibility among top local talent.

What analytics do we receive from our Job Postings?

The Employer Dashboard provides straightforward job posting analytics that include:

  • Job Views - Number of job views during selected date range.
  • Applications - Number of email applications sent for a job during selected date range.
  • Apply Clicks-  Number of apply clicks for a job during selected date range. Applicable only for jobs with "Apply to URL" application method.
  • Apply Rate - The percentage of job views resulted in an application or apply click.

How much does it cost to post a job?
Pricing varies based on listing features and duration. You can review our affordable plans on the pricing page.

Can I edit or update my job post?
Yes! After logging into your account, navigate to your dashboard to edit, update, or extend the listing duration at any time.

How long will my job be active?
Standard listings are active for 30 days. Need more time? You can renew or extend the listing in your account dashboard.

Can we direct applicants to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?

Yes! Employers can decide how to direct job seekers' applications when uploading job post details next to the "How to Apply" section. Employers can select "Apply by Email" or "Apply by URL."

  • Apply by Email: When selecting "By Email," Employers provide an email for applications to be sent to. Within the live job posting, job seekers click "Apply Now" and a simple form appears for them to submit their information. After clicking "Send Application" an email with the application details will be sent from the job board to the specified email.

  • Apply by URL: When selecting "By URL,"employers provide a URL for job seekers to be redirected to. This URL can be their own internal application or ATS.  Within the live post, job seekers click "Apply Now" and are redirected to the employers ATS.

Are there any tips for creating a great job listing?

  • Use a clear, engaging title.
  • Highlight key responsibilities and benefits.
  • Include salary range and application instructions to attract more candidates.
  • Utilize your employer profile to share more information about your company

Can I promote my job in 6AM City newsletters?
Yes! We offer Featured Job Postings and Membership packages that include newsletter promotion to increase your job’s visibility within the News Note section.
