The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a range of duties revolving around the recruitment process, employee records management, HR events coordination, and HR metrics analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Undertake the onboarding of new employees, encompassing orientation, documentation, and ensuring their smooth integration into the company culture.
• Oversee and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Plan and coordinate HR events and training sessions, including logistical arrangements and communication tasks.
• Address and assist in resolving HR-related issues raised by employees.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
