As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process, scheduling procedures, and overall candidate management within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with prospective candidates
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time by new hires
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Word to maintain organized and up-to-date records
• Learn and utilize our system for onboarding candidates
• Schedule presenters for various meetings and events
• Continually learn and develop understanding of HR processes and practices
• Move candidates through the hiring process in a timely and efficient manner
• Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
• Use Workday HR platform for various HR-related tasks.• Candidate must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Word.
• Previous experience with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday, is essential.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for this role.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is crucial.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Must have the ability to work collaboratively within a team and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar HR Coordinator role is desirable.
