LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading non-profit company to hire a HR Coordinator to join a dynamic organization going through an exciting transition. As they evolve to a more traditional HR model, this role offers a unique opportunity to provide crucial HR support, engage in project work, and grow professionally within a mission-driven environment.
Location:100% Onsite with employee parking available. While the role requires onsite presence initially, some flexibility will be offered once fully trained.
Hours/Schedule:- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Flexible hours during business hours, starting from 6:30 AM
Compensation:- $55K-$65K annually, depending on experience
Dress Code:Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive HR support including employee relations, benefits administration, and some recruiting and onboarding.
- Engage in various project work and adapt to evolving duties based on skills and organizational needs.
- Utilize HRIS systems, with a focus on Dayforce HCM.
- Contribute to the transition to a new HR model, including the implementation of HRBP roles.
- Work independently, take initiative, and support a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:- At least 1 year of HR experience preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Dayforce HCM is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently while being approachable and personable.
- Professional with a strong understanding of confidentiality.
- Reasonable explanations for previous job transitions are preferred.
- Enthusiastic about growth and development within a supportive, mission-driven organization.
