We are in search of an HR Coordinator/Administrator to join our growing client for a 6-9 month contract with possibility of extension. In this role, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR department. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support like coordination of events/travel and processing mail
- Facilitate communication with vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with virtual onboarding/offboarding
- Implement employee engagement and retention strategies
- Provide support to other business functions
- Organize schedules
- Regularly update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the organization and execution of employee orientation, helping new hires to integrate into the team
- 3-5 years of professional office experience ideally in human resources or administration
- Google Suite experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative and data management skills
