Position Overview: As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is a temporary position with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both remotely and in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an HR role or administrative support position is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely as needed.
