As an ASD teacher is preferred for this position, those with experience or passion in autism spectrum disorder education are encouraged to apply. Alternative special education licensures will also be considered, broadening the range of qualified applicants. The role involves working five days a week, on-site, for a portion of each school day from September 1, 2026, through June 4, 2027.

Qualifications:

• Valid state Special Education teaching license (other licensures considered)
• Experience working with elementary students, particularly those with ASD, is highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptive teaching skills
• Passion for helping diverse learners succeed in inclusive classroom settings

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Utilize research-based strategies to support students with varying needs
