This contract role offers the opportunity to support students through evidence-based practices in a collaborative, innovative environment utilizing Project Lead the Way Launch curriculum.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching certification (Tier 3 or 4 required).
• Demonstrated experience or training in Emotional Behavior Disorder (EBD) support.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Experience designing and implementing IEPs, assessments, and behavioral interventions.
• Passion for engaging diverse learners in inclusive, hands-on educational settings.
• Must provide MN Teaching Certification and updated resume with application for consideration.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic and behavioral instruction to students within the EBD Center-Based classroom in accordance with district and state standards.
• Develop and execute individualized IEPs, collaborating closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to student progress, behavior management, and compliance requirements.
• Promote a safe, supportive learning environment and actively participate in school-wide initiatives.
• Engage in regular professional development and team meetings to remain current with best practices in special education.
