Responsibilities:
• Accurately record daily transactions and ensure proper categorization of entries.
• Assist in preparing for month-end closing, including compiling and reviewing financial data.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update financial records and databases.
• Generate reports as needed to support financial analysis and decision-making.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing and organizing documents.
• Utilize accounting software and systems for efficient functioning.
• Handle customer inquiries related to their accounts.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Perform auditing tasks and bank reconciliations as part of the regular duties.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services
