Key qualifications and experience desired:

• Current Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in special education settings
• Proven ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs

• Commitment to inclusive practices and evidence-based instructional strategies
• Ability to manage a dynamic resource caseload efficiently and compassionately

Primary responsibilities include:

• Delivering specialized instruction in alignment with students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with general education teachers to support students within both resource and mainstream environments
• Tracking and reporting progress toward IEP goals, maintaining thorough documentation
• Actively participating in IEP meetings, providing input on student needs and programming
• Utilizing effective classroom management strategies to create a safe and supportive learning environment
• Engaging families and caregivers as partners in their child's educational journey

This full-time position requires onsite presence Monday through Friday, with approximately 37.5 hours per week, starting late August 2026 and concluding mid-June 2027.
