Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or 4 required); please ensure certification and an updated resume are included with your application.
• Experience or training in emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD) strongly preferred.
• Expertise in special education instructional strategies and behavioral interventions.
• Solid organizational and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to cultivate a structured, supportive, and positive classroom environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a center-based Emotional Behavioral Disorder (EBD) Teacher for elementary grades.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs), tailoring instruction to student needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and related service providers to ensure successful student outcomes.
• Foster the social, emotional, and academic growth of students in a safe and engaging setting.
• Contribute to a culture focused on STEM and project-based learning initiatives.
