About the Role:
The Resource Teacher - Elementary - Special Education plays a critical role in supporting the academic and social development of students with diverse learning needs within an elementary school setting. This position focuses on delivering individualized instruction and interventions tailored to students with disabilities, ensuring they have equitable access to the general education curriculum. The teacher collaborates closely with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet state and federal guidelines.
