You will assist the financial advisors (FAs) to build, deepen, and leverage relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners. You are the first person the client or prospect will typically meet and interact with and will set the stage for a friendly and professional experience.

Responsibilities:
· Answer/screen incoming calls and schedule appointments with clients and prospects.
· Send timely reminders for appointments & reschedule cancellations.
· Submit tickets on Support Center
· Gather and maintain client data, create client contact plans, meeting prep, schedule future client meetings, send any follow-up with summary letters
· Enter and maintain client information into various systems, including BOX, Osaic Onehub, Right Capital, Redtail.
· Scan in all new client documents to BOX or Right Capital
· Assist with client paperwork
· Process mail and checks, maintaining logs
· Prepare overnight packages
· Answer routine client questions and manage service requests.
· Master and manage Redtail CRM System. With training, the AA will be expected to be the subject matter expert on this tool to enter new data into the system, ensure existing data is up-to-date, and run regular reports based on this data for clients, wholesalers and COIs.
