Part Time Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
· We are looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant who will focus on managing travel arrangements for our supervisors, facilitating and overseeing various projects and assisting with interviewing applicants for our open job opportunities.
· This role requires a part-time commitment of 20-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
· Swiftly book airline tickets, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel needs as required.
· Respond to any travel inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Handle any sudden changes to travel plans, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining travel schedules.
· Tracking reimbursements and ensuring that all expenses are accounted for.
· Resumes reviewing/scheduling phone interviews.
· Conducting phone interviews for potential employees.
· Oversee internal process improvement projects.
Requirements:
· Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail.
· 2-3 years of administrative experience.
· Travel planning experience preferred.
· Recruitment experience preferred.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Familiarity with travel booking websites and tools.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
