Fantastic opportunity with our client in Orange County! Fast paced and growing healthcare company looking for their next Payroll Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This opportunity is fully onsite in Santa Ana, CA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.  Expected starting base salary $34 to $36 per hour. 

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Must have 4+ years’ experience as a Payroll Specialist
  • Certified Payroll experience highly preferred
  • Software: Workday experience is preferred 
  • Multistate Payroll experience 
  • Experience has a Payroll Analyst 
  • Excel Proficient ( Pivots / VLOOKUP’s, IF Statements)
