We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Iowa City, Iowa. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and processing payroll information using various accounting software systems. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage payroll data accurately and efficiently using software systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian
• Implement and manage 401k - RRSP Administration and other benefit functions
• Utilize skills in auditing and accounting functions to ensure financial accuracy
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and take appropriate action when necessary
• Use the 'About Time' system for effective time management and task tracking
• Regularly update and maintain customer applications on the Dayforce platform• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce systems
• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration
• Proficiency in using About Time software
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions
• Experience in Auditing
• Familiarity with Benefit Functions
