Job Description
As an Order Filler, you will be responsible for managing inbound raw materials, organizing metal rods, and ensuring orders are accurately picked and packaged. This role involves operating unique equipment such as side loaders and saws to process and prepare orders for outbound shipment. Attention to detail is essential to ensure the correct items are selected and properly labeled.

Work Environment
The work environment is a mid-sized warehouse focusing on sheet, rod, and laser/quality areas. The facility operates primarily as a warehouse with some rod and laser cutting activities. The first shift runs from 7am to 3pm during training, transitioning to a 9am to 5pm schedule. There is no overtime during the temporary phase, but potential overtime is available once employed full-time, based on order demands. The facility does not have air conditioning, so it can become warm during summer months, but the machinery does not generate excessive heat. Required PPE includes a hard hat, metatarsal boots, safety glasses, and ear protection where necessary. The dress code permits jeans and t-shirts, but restricts tank tops and jewelry.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
