**CUSTOMIZATION GENERAL PRODUCTION WORKER**

As the Customization General Production Worker, you will support daily customization operations by accurately and efficiently preparing products to meet customer specifications and business requirements. This role performs production activities such as labeling, kitting, repackaging, assembly, inspection, auto bagging, and Amazon preparation while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping. The position requires flexibility to support multiple operational areas and adapt to changing business needs.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Your main focus:**
Key Responsibilities:
**Safety:**
+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
+ Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
+ Report safety concerns, near misses, and incidents immediately.
+ Participate in daily safety meetings and safety improvement initiatives.
**Production & Operations:**
+ Perform customization activities according to established work instructions and customer specifications.
+ Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
+ Support Amazon and Ecommerce order preparation activities.
+ Ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
+ Meet established productivity and throughput goals.
+ Assist with line setup, material replenishment, and production changeovers.
+ Support cross-functional operations as business demands require.
**Quality:**
+ Follow quality standards and standard operating procedures.
+ Conduct visual inspections to verify product accuracy and appearance.
+ Ensure correct labels, packaging materials, and customer requirements are applied.
+ Identify and report quality defects or non-conforming materials.
+ Promote a "Right First Time" mindset to reduce errors and rework.
**Inventory & Material Management:**
+ Monitor operational supply levels and notify leadership of shortages.
+ Use materials efficiently to minimize waste.
+ Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage practices.
+ Return unused materials to designated storage locations.
**Teamwork, Communication & Continuous Improvement:**
+ Participate in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and team communications.
+ Collaborate with team members, Team Leads, Functional Leaders, and support departments.
+ Provide support and coverage across multiple operational areas when needed.
+ Maintain positive working relationships and contribute to a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
+ Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, quality, and safety.
+ Support implementation of new work processes, standards, and digital tools.
+ Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
We'd love to see candidates who have:
**Essential:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Flexibility to adjust schedules and support varying business needs.
+ Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
+ Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
**Desirable:**
+ Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or production environments.
+ Experience with Amazon preparation, customization, kitting, or packaging operations.
+ Familiarity with warehouse management systems and SAP.

**Pay:** $23.53 per hour
