This role focuses on hands-on production work to support the manufacturing of innovative lightning protection products for wind turbine blades. Work EnvironmentThis is a 2nd shift position with hours from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with flexibility required to work Saturdays for 3–5 hours starting at 6:00 a.m. The role is based in a small manufacturing facility with approximately 15–20 people, offering a close-knit and collaborative atmosphere. Work is primarily performed at a workstation, seated for most of the day, with some standing during dipping processes. The environment involves hands-on use of small hand tools such as scissors, X-Acto knives, and tape measures, as well as handling materials similar to film or foil wrapping paper and working with chemical dipping operations under safety guidelines. There is no computer work required in this role, and lifting requirements are light, typically around 10–15 lbs.
