Work Environment
The role is based in a production-focused environment where all related positions operate within a single room, allowing you to see the full flow of work from crimping to housing cable assemblies, shelling cables, and gluing. The workspace is very clean and organized, with approximately 12 employees seated at individual workstations performing small-part and cable assembly tasks. Work is primarily seated and repetitive, using small hand tools, hand presses, and simple machinery such as gluing equipment with ultraviolet light and foot pedals. You will work either 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) or 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.), depending on assignment. The environment is production-based, so consistent output is important to prevent bottlenecks on the line. Ear pods are allowed for listening to music (no videos), contributing to a relaxed yet focused atmosphere, and the overall setting is described as very clean and laid back.
