Job Title: Production Worker – 2nd & 3rd Shift
Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure to assemble various flooring and drop ceiling components according to work instructions.
- Follow detailed work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Operating Procedures (MOPs), Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), and the Safety Manual to complete assigned tasks accurately and safely.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the Press, Weld, Paint department.
- Efficiently load and unload parts and panels from the paint system, ensuring proper stacking, sealing, labeling, and handling of various panels within established standards.
- Inspect panels and parts to verify they meet specified quality standards while maintaining established production rates, and promptly notify appropriate personnel of any issues.
- Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately and on time as required by the department.
- Use banding equipment and hand-jacks to move, secure, and store products and materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the work area, keeping equipment, tools, and walkways clean and organized.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and work instructions, including those related to safety, quality, environmental compliance, and product standards.
- Remain aware of how individual work contributes to overall quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance goals, and report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.
- Participate in team lifting activities and safely lift up to 30–35 lbs independently several times per shift.
- Support cross-training efforts and be open to learning additional machinery and processes within the department.
Essential Skills
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively in a production environment.
- Ability to use a tape measure accurately to read and mark measurements for assembly and inspection tasks.
- Experience in general labor or production work, including basic assembly tasks.
- Capability to work with both hand and power tools in a safe and controlled manner.
- Comfort lifting up to 30–35 lbs independently multiple times during a shift and participating in team lifting for heavier items.
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions, including SOPs, MOPs, JSAs, and safety guidelines.
- Attention to detail when inspecting parts and panels to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Basic ability to complete production and quality paperwork accurately.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to established safety procedures.
Shifts:
Monday-Friday 2:00 pm- 10:20 pm paying $19.35 an hour
Sunday-Thursday S-Thu $19.35/hour

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.35 - $19.35/hr.
