Job Description
We are seeking a Production Worker-2 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production processing, inspection, and assembly of paper-based materials and a proven ability to meet quality, safety, and throughput targets in a rotating shift environment.

Responsibilities:
Process and assemble paper-based materials according to work instructions and production schedules.
Inspect materials and finished goods for defects and verify conformance to specifications.
Operate basic production equipment and perform routine changeovers and setups.
Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and document production and inspection results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with production, inspection, and assembly in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and read basic work instructions.
Reliable teamwork and communication skills with attention to safety and quality.
Ability to work a rotating 1st and 2nd shift and perform overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with paper converting or paper products manufacturing.
Familiarity with basic quality checks and recording production data.
