Jensen Law, LLC has a new opening for a paralegal with at least two years of experience handling personal injury matters from intake to completion. Responsibilities of the position include client/insurance adjuster contact, acquiring medical records, preparation of settlement demand packages, settlement disbursements, drafting and filing pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Job is remote but must come to the office in Sandy Springs, GA to pick up items approximately once a week. Spanish speakers preferred but not required.
Salary is negotiable and will be largely determined by the level of experience. Bonus and performance-based incentives provided. Health/Dental/401k offered.
