LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal for a boutique law firm in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, close-knit environment where quality and accuracy are highly valued.
Responsibilities- Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing
- Draft and prepare loan documents and closing-related documents
- Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, title companies, and other parties throughout the transaction process
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Maintain organized transaction files and closing schedules
- Handle post-closing activities, including electronic recording and file management
- Communicate professionally with clients and third parties to ensure smooth closings
Qualifications- Experience handling both residential and commercial real estate closings
- Ability to draft loan documents and related closing documentation
- Experience with SoftPro preferred; experience with other real estate closing software will also be considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Preferred Background- Law firm experience handling real estate transactions
- Experience with a mix of commercial and residential matters
- Candidates whose experience is limited solely to high-volume residential title company closings may not be the best fit for this opportunity
