LHH is partnering with a respected Tampa-area law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who thrives in the fast-paced world of acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and complex closings. What You'll Do- Manage commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
- Coordinate due diligence, title, survey, zoning, and entity documentation
- Review title commitments, surveys, and related documents to identify issues and track resolutions
- Prepare closing checklists, closing binders, and transaction documents
- Work directly with attorneys, lenders, developers, title companies, and clients
- Track deadlines, contingencies, and critical milestones to keep transactions on schedule
- Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing matters, and development projects
- Organize and maintain transaction files and electronic records
- Support multiple deals simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
What Makes You Successful- 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
- Strong understanding of commercial transactions, title review, and closing procedures
- Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders, and outside parties
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
