Real Estate Paralegal. This position offers the opportunity to work on large commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing while collaborating closely with attorneys and clients.
Responsibilities- Draft and maintain due diligence checklists
- Review titles and surveys and prepare summaries
- Draft title objection letters
- Support commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
- Draft and revise transactional and organizational documents
- Conduct UCC, judgment, and lien searches
- Coordinate closings, signature collection, and recordings
- Prepare closing binders and post-closing documents
- Communicate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other transaction parties
Qualifications- ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required
- 3+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
- Strong title and survey review experience
- Experience drafting title objection letters
- Experience managing commercial real estate transactions through closing
- Prior title company experience highly preferred
- Experience with Simplifile or similar e-recording platforms is a plus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Schedule- First month onsite for training (5 days per week)
- Hybrid schedule thereafter (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $90,000-$140,000 DOE
