Scholastic's National Service Organization (NSO) is responsible for all of Scholastic's distribution operations. NSO provides customer service, warehousing, packaging, order fulfillment and accounts receivable functions for most of Scholastic's businesses. These operations are responsible for getting all books and products from here to there and are conducted in state-of-the-art facilities located in Jefferson City, Missouri and Sanford Florida.
