Established Heavy Highway Construction Company is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. This position is based out of our metro-area equipment shop with occasional field repairs and service work throughout the State of Colorado.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy construction equipment, including but not limited to:

• Reclaimers
• Water Trucks
• Motor Graders
• Compactors
• Skid Steers
• Mini Excavators
• Other heavy construction equipment

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of heavy equipment repair experience preferred
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• CDL is a plus, but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Requirements:
Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check, including verification of previous employment, criminal history review, and motor vehicle record review.
