1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm

Job Description

This role focuses on assembling and building concrete pumping equipment, including trucks and trailers, using mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical skills. You will read and interpret blueprints and schematics, perform a variety of mechanical assembly duties on both standard and prototype units, and use hand and power tools to build each unit to precise specifications. The position involves working with heavy mechanical equipment and components, following detailed engineering documentation, and ensuring that all completed units meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions to determine assembly requirements.
• Assemble concrete pump trucks and trailers, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components.
• Install hydraulic lines, brake systems, electrical components, lighting, decals, and customer-specific features.
• Prepare truck chassis for assembly by measuring, modifying, installing, and reassembling components as required.
• Use hand and power tools to complete production and prototype builds according to engineering specifications.
• Perform testing and inspections to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with Parts, Welding, Paint, Warehouse, and other teams to maintain production schedules.
• Utilize computer-based systems to access build instructions, blueprints, and parts information.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
• Support additional assembly and production-related tasks as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in White Bear Lake,MN.
