Responsibilities:

• Preparing customer invoices, cash applications, and reconciliation of customer payments.

• Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger for multiple brands.

• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for.

• Monitor and collect accounts receivables.

• Process and manage refund requests.

• Identify and resolve billing issues.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of full cycle AR experience

• NetSuite or QuickBooks experience a plus

• Must have intermediate to advances Excel experience with Pivots, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas.

Details:

• Onsite, M-F, 8-5 (flexible)

• Pay: $55,000-60,000 annually
