We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our vibrant team. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping and managing accounts payable and receivable, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you!

Your Role: In this full-time, in-office position, you'll handle comprehensive bookkeeping duties along with accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices and payments through various accounts and methods, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable and receivable.
• Retrieve and file invoices and electronic receipts, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights and support financial decisions.
• Maintain and organize accounting documents while staying updated on best practices and regulations.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable roles
• Meticulous attention to detail in all financial tasks and documentation
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel software is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
