• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in Accounting Functions are required.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory.
• Expertise in conducting Auditing is essential.
• Familiarity with Billing Functions is required.
• Proficiency in using Juris software is necessary.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are critical for this role.
• Experience with Legal software is necessary.
• Knowledge and experience in Legal Billing are required.
• Experience in Month End Close procedures is needed.
• Proficiency in GAAP Accounting is mandatory.
A Robert Half client located in the western suburbs is immediately seeking an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will report to the Manager of the firm. The Accounting Manager will oversee a team and be responsible for month end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and more.
To be successful in the role, the Accounting Manager will need at least ten years of relevant experience. The Accounting Manager will need strong Microsoft Excel skills as well. Experience either with Juris or other billing software is also required.
