Robert Half is actively recruiting for a knowledgeable Accounting Manager/ Consultant to support our private equity backed Healthcare client. The consultant will be responsible for standardizing the Chart of Accounts across six entities, identify similar accounts, recommend deletion of unused accounts, adding accounts to ensure any future transactions are accurately recorded. In addition, the consultant will ensure all entities have the same mapping from the Chart of Accounts to the Consolidated Financial Statements and ensure consistency on segment reporting. This role will be located onsite in Long Beach, CA
Skills:
-Advanced understanding of chart of accounts and segment reporting
-Strong US GAAP experience
-Excellent written/verbal communication skills required
-Knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
-Must be able to work independently
-Roll-up the sleeves individual
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role
