We are offering an opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Manager/Supervisor in the investment banking industry. The role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As an FP& A Manager/Supervisor, you will be involved in various tasks such as ad hoc financial analysis, project management, corporate financial planning, and creating PowerPoint presentations for executive board meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes

• Assuming responsibility for the Project Management Office, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within the defined scope

• Overseeing corporate financial planning, ensuring accurate forecasting, and budgeting processes

• Creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations for executive board meetings, ensuring the clear communication of financial performance and strategic initiatives

• Engaging in consultancy projects as needed, providing expert advice and guidance to enhance business operations

• Collaborating with various departments to gather necessary data for financial analysis and planning

• Monitoring and reporting on financial performance, providing insights to the executive board

• Identifying potential areas of improvement in the financial planning process, implementing changes where necessary

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all financial operations.

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Must possess skills in Ad Hoc Financial Analysis
• Experience in PMO - Project Management Office is required
• Prior experience in Corporate Financial Planning is necessary
• Proficiency in creating Powerpoint Presentation is a must
• Must possess excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proven track record in financial forecasting and diagnosing key growth opportunities
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation is necessary
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
• Professional accreditation such as CFA or CPA is a plus.
