We are currently interviewing for an Experienced Accounting Manager. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.

We are looking for someone who loves accounting and people. You will be responsible for various higher-level accounting functions while also supervising a great team.

Pay range will be $90,000 - $125,000 depending on experience.

You will be eligible for health benefits once you're employed with the company for 60 days. This includes:

WHO AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Candidates with a vast knowledge of accounting, currently or recently serving as an office manager, assistant controller, or controller–dealership experience is helpful but not required.
• Candidates must possess a strong understanding of each desk in the Office (Payables, Receivables, Inventory management, financial statements). Payroll and Human Resources Experience is not mandatory but would be a strong plus!
• Candidates with a “Whatever needs to be done” attitude. We are looking for someone who can lead, motivate, and assist every seat in the department.
• Candidates who love helping others grow, and can hold their team accountable.
• Candidates that solve problems.

$95,000 - $125,000 DOE

• Overseeing an accounting team.
• Preparation of financial statements
• Manage floorplan payoffs and audits
• Account reconciliations
• Maintain department systems, tracking, and controls
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel
• Supervise, train, motivate, and encourage office personnel
• Ensure that all manufacturer accounts/receivables are current and accurate
• Cross Train all dealership administrative staff
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations
