A long time (40 years old) Milwaukee manufacturer is looking for an accountant/controller to work with current accountant before they retire to take over the role. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.

- Financial Strategy & Planning
- Team Leadership & Development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting or finance roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
