• Coordinate financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.
• Analyze past and predicted operations for improvement opportunities.
• Verify cost captures of production processes and approve business purchases.
• Support physical inventory process & reconcile accounts.
• Analyze manufacturing variances (purchase price, labor and overhead).
• Prepare standard cost revisions and conduct end-of-period closings.

The ideal candidate will likely possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ experience in Manufacturing Accounting, including Cost Accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills (i.e. regular use of pivot tables & advanced formulas)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
