Direct Hire, Accountant in Charge. Controller. Manufacturing Company (small batch, high quality products for health care industry)
Our long-time Accountant is retiring , very soon, she hopes! The best candidate for this job will have :
- Able to work in our office in Tempe
- Minimum 3 years of GAAP GL Accounting , Financial Reporting
- Inventory Accounting for raw materials and finished goods inventory (it is a manufacturing company)
- QuickBooks Enterprise, or SAP , or other ERP system
- Willingness to learn our business
- Able to scale-up as there is continued growth, we have already expanded internationally!
- Some supervisory skills. Able to manage the office while the Leadership is traveling .
- Payroll - preparation of timesheets for ADP
- Prepare reports for outside CPA for taxes.
- Non smoking office, no guns on premises.
- Pay rate is DOE $65K-75K with definite room to grow. Direct hire role with excellent benefits. About 20 employees.
