Robert Half is seeking an individual who can oversee the daily operations of a shared services team (10 direct reports), maintain the accuracy of financial records, and ensure accurate revenue recognition per ASC606. Key duties include managing the month-end close process, coordinating with business units, reconciling accounts, managing cash collections, calculating sales commissions, and enhancing process transparency. This is a hybrid schedule, 2 days/week in office, and is bonus eligible.

• Must have managed a large team, at least 5+ direct reports
• Proficient in Company Revenue Recognition
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding analytical and time management abilities
• Up-to-date with current financial and accounting regulations and laws
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
