Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Overland Park, KS
LHH is partnering with a client in the Overland Park, KS area who is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
This position will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition department assisting with scheduling, coordinating, and confirming interviews. Along with coordinating travel arrangements for any candidates who need to fly into the office for onsite interviews. Our ideal candidate would obtain at least1 year of HR/Administrative experience or someone who is seeking to gain more experience in the HR industry.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting 10 Talent Acquisition Coordinators
• Scheduling, coordinating, and confirming phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.) for any candidates traveling for onsite interviews
• Assisting with marketing, sourcing, pipelining functions

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years of administrative or HR experience
• Able to work with senior executives.
• Able to handle high-volume/fast-paced environment.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
• Compensation: $25.00-35.00ph.
• Job Type: Contract

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
