Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for fit within the company culture and role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, offer letters, and reference checks.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market data.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
