Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. This is a full-time position based in our office.

Responsibilities:

• Leading on the talent finding and needs meetings with key Stakeholders·
• Create job adverts to ensure appropriate information is included for advertisement, online postings, and targeted job boards.·
• Effectively screen and interview candidates to meet the needs.
• Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process.·
• Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand impact of applied strategies.
• candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs to stay ahead of innovation.
• Develop consultative partnerships with key internal/external stakeholders, involved in the hiring process.

• Strong attention to detail
• Energetic and resourceful
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
• Ability to work in culturally diverse groups
• English language competency; bilingual a plus
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
