We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator located in Houston, Texas. This role is primarily focused on contributing to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process in our industry. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing communication with candidates, and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage communication with candidates, providing timely updates and necessary information regarding the recruitment process.
• Assist in the preparation and posting of job roles both internally and externally.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, which includes preparing welcome packages and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Keep track of background screening status and assist when there are hold-ups to speed up the completion and bring forward the new hires start date.
• Provide support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process by providing feedback and suggestions based on observations and candidate feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Use SuccessFactors for ATS and screening vendor such as HireRIght as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of the role.• Proficiency in Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Knowledge of Workstation Support
• Familiarity with Hiring Processes and Onboarding procedures
• Ability to manage Paperwork and Regulation
• Experience in dealing with Stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team and foster Collaboration
• Understanding of Confidentiality requirements in HR processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Knowledge of Company Policy and ability to Ensure Compliance
• Experience in Talent Acquisition
• Ability to Schedule Interviews and manage Recruiting Processes
• Drive for Continuous Improvement
• Experience in organizing Job Fairs
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience in managing Recruiting Events and Initiatives
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors HCM and Apache
• Strong Organizational skills.
