Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is in search of an Human Resources Admin for a Dental equipment company in Englewood, CO. The ideal professional will provide support and development of Human Resource Initiatives and systems, provide counseling on policies and procedures, as well as involvement in recruitment and employee on boarding.

• Process background check paperwork
• Process benefit renewals
• Administrate company 401K plan
• Process payroll and reports
• Maintain PTO reports
• Mediate HR meetings
• Provide coaching for employees
• Schedule training for employees

What we look for:

• 2+ years’ experience in an HR role
• Knowledge of Human Resource functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)
• Strong MS Office Suite skills
• Strong attention to detail
