Roseann Mabry from Robert Half Perm is partnering with a manufacturing facility to fill a Human Resource Manager on a direct hire basis. This is a full time position that will be onsite day to day handling Human Resource Manager duties at two site locations. The Human Resource Manager will be assisting leadership with employee relations issues, assisting supervisors with employee training and performance management, occasional recruiting and assist with onboarding new employees. There is an opportunity for some HR strategic initiatives like succession planning, being a change agent to improve processes and continue to develop the culture. They are looking for someone design a formal review process to continue to develop employees to the next level. The Human Resource Manager will be handling weekly payroll in Paycom. Responsibilities
• Assist leaders in resolving employee relations issues effectively and promptly.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Implement HR strategic initiatives such as succession planning and process improvement.
• Act as a change agent to enhance processes and further develop the company culture.
• Design a formal review process to facilitate the continuous development of employees.
• Handle weekly payroll operations using Paycom, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Manage employee benefit functions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance management systems to ensure employee growth and development.
• Oversee end-user training and succession planning initiatives.
• Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
