We’re looking for a self-driven, passionate & well-organized Accounting Manager to join our growing team at our company. This position will lead the accounting department and work closely with our other accountants and operations personnel to perform & manage the day-to-day Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory. We’re an energetic & environmentally-conscious company and are looking for a passionate accounting professional to join our growing organization to improve our day-to-day record keeping, organization of financial data & our overall accounting and financial management..

Responsibilities:

• Perform & manage day-to-day bookkeeping, A/R, A/P & Inventory
• Perform monthly, quarterly & annual accounting activities (Bank, Credit Card Reconciliation etc.)
• Prepare and examine payroll, accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop & analyze reporting for business operations and budgets to management
• Create systems & processes and initiate corrective actions to improve financial efficiency.
• Other duties assigned by management

​Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting while MS is preferred
• Expertise with QuickBooks Online
• 10+ Years of relevant experience in accounting and 2+ Years in Accounting Management
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office & Accounting Software and reporting tools
• Self-Driven, Detail and deadline-oriented, work well with minimal supervision alone or with team
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Additional experience in International Accounting is a plus
• CPA certification is a plus.
