Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Texas SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and implementation
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify student speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expertise on strategies and supports
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel heard and supported
