Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Texas or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but energetic new graduates are welcome
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) skills highly desired for one of the openings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking for compliance and student success
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions to facilitate students’ academic and social achievement
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student participation and reach their potential
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
